If you are currently traveling and need urgent support, please refer to the emergency contact information provided to you in your pre-departure packet. You may have in-country support available that can address your need immediately. Once you have contacted any in-country resources, please also let us know about any problems you encounter while traveling so we can follow up as soon as possible.

Sand & Sea Travel is based in Portland, Oregon – a destination of its own. If you love food, we’d be happy to connect you with our local favorite restaurants and food carts. And everything from skiing to a dip in the Pacific Ocean is within 2 hours by car.
You will find Chris and the team either around downtown & the Pearl District or in Lake Oswego at our host agency office. Of course, that’s only when he’s not off on an adventure of his own.
We do our best to respond to everyone within one business day (Monday through Friday). Our team is monitoring email, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp messages during normal weekday business hours (9 am – 6 pm) and limited hours on weekends (10 am – 4 pm).
